Stock markets, this month
As I had indicated in one of my earlier posts, the PM has begun the Mars Maha Dasa, the period of 7 years where he will takeover as the commander in chief for all the administrative operations. He will have the Ruchak Yoga, The Maha Purush yog operating now in this chart. So the calling off of the Farmer bills, is a master plan for the progress which will be reflected in the Agro industry soon. So this is the sector for the long term bet now. With the horizon of a year, medium to long term stocks do well in this sector. Blue chips will get a boost. Irrigation, farming, dairy and fodder will also do well.
As we are approaching the Makar Sankraman or winter solstice, the agro industry would do well this month with the anticipation of improvements in the coming months for agriculture. So the medium term stocks on agriculture with a profit booking near May should be great for the agro and bio industry sector.
The metal stocks, the machinery stocks, oil stocks, adventure sports and related apparels, resorts, holidays – these sectors show a recovery.
There are good regulations and rules coming in favor of education, growth and general progress this month and hence FMCG, education, power, solar energy, energy sectors will see growth. These will see a quick ramp between 14th – 30th December. 28th will be an ideal day for profit booking or shorting. This period will be wonderful for intra-day and option trading as well.
Film, entertainment, fashion, apparels, luxury, holiday industries do well, but they will not see the ramp in growth. They will be a stable choice till the next correction.
